At Riona India , we strive to deliver your order in the quickest, safest, and most economical way possible. We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, and we will do our best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible. Here are some further details about our shipping policy:
It takes 3-7 days for delivery all over india, shipping time may vary depending on the location and availability of the product.
We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message , email and a SMS with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package.
The estimated shipment time is the number of days it will take to receive an item from the ship date specified at checkout. It excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If the buyer requested a different delivery option, or has made any changes to the order details post placing the order, the delivery may be delayed. The shipment date may change if your purchase includes items that are in stock, shipping later, and/or are manufactured to order. Check the dates shown at checkout and on your email of confirmation.
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Please inspect the package before you take it from the delivery person. If you have any reason to believe that the package has been tampered with, refuse to receive it to protect yourself from liability. Additionally, we advise that you record a video of yourself opening the package because it will serve as evidence in the eventuality of a mismatch or theft during logistics
Please be aware that if you are unavailable when the delivery is made, you can arrange it for as many as two further delivery attempts at a time that is more convenient for you.

Shipping policy
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders of ₹999 and above.
For prepaid orders below ₹999, a shipping charge of ₹80 will be applied.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
We offer Partial COD for your convenience. A ₹150 advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders.
This amount is an additional shipping/confirmation charge
It is not adjusted against the product price
The ₹150 advance is non-refundable under any circumstances

International Shipping: We Currently Do not offer International Shipping
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!
